Dear Students and Faculty, We are writing to inform you that the technical issue causing Canvas users to be redirected to the K12 AWS Splash page has been resolved. Our technical team worked directly with our cloud service providers to identify the root cause, which was linked to a configuration error in the single sign-on (SSO) routing. Access to the dashboard and all course materials has now been fully restored. If you are still experiencing issues: While the fix is live, your browser may still have the old redirection path saved. Please follow these steps to refresh your access: Clear your browser cache: This is the most effective way to remove the saved redirect. Hard Refresh: Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) while on the login page. Check your URL: Ensure you are navigating directly to our institution's specific Canvas URL rather than using an old bookmark. These are the only official K12 Canvas Links https://learn.k12.com https://learn0.k12.com https://learn1.k12.com https://learn2.k12.com https://learn3.k12.com Next Steps We are monitoring the system closely to ensure stability throughout the day. If you continue to see the AWS Splash page after clearing your cache, please submit a ticket to the IT Help Desk with a screenshot of the page you are seeing. Thank you for your patience and persistence while we worked to get everyone back online. Best regards, The IT Support Team
